                There are multiple options available to you, including appraisal panel selection vs. utilization of a current panel roster.  By allowing you the flexibility of panel management (via a geographical competency selection process) provides you with a greater sense of confidence both in terms of customer service in the field and in the value conclusion based. You determine the due date of the appraisal and Absolute Value ensures adherence to that date. Through a state of the art management software program, staffing and constant contact and supervision; all rush requests, due dates and special requirements are always adhered to.  

 

Unlimited Online Appraisal Storage:

                Every appraisal assignment completed is always available to you online. If the consumer‘s email is provided, the appraisal can also be forwarded to the consumer for quicker compliance.

 

Quality Control:

                You can determine the level of quality control that is needed to meet your needs and can range from a simplified computer based review, enhanced internal review, external desk and/or field review.

 

Compliance:

                License renewal and Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy maintenance is addressed on a daily basis to ensure that all appraisals represent a fully compliant report.
